1. Information we collect

Through the website forms (dealer, installer and contact) we collect what you provide: name, company, tax ID (optional), email, phone/WhatsApp, country, state, city, Instagram, website, details about your business and your message.

We also record the date, the language used and a hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse (submission limits).

2. How we use it

To answer you, evaluate distribution or installation partnerships and present StarTech's terms. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

3. Legal basis

We process the information with your consent, given in the form's checkbox, and to take steps you requested before a contract (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, LGPD, art. 7, I and V).

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that run the website for us (hosting and email delivery), solely to provide that service.

5. How long we keep it

While there is a business relationship or interest in one. You can ask for deletion at any time; information required by law may be kept for the legal period.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or withdraw your consent through the website contact form or by Instagram direct message to @startechppf.

7. Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
